The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site. In addition, they have fabulous customer service. I order first Hoodie for me and I felt in love with quality of product. I ordered second Hoodie for my self and this one had kind of blurry print with shadow . I reached to customer service and representative name Karen said that is the design ( she provided proof photo ) but if I am not 100% happy , they will sent me a replacement at no cost and asked me just to simple choose one . With her advice I pick up design and after 7 days , I received a replacement . Of course outstanding like the first one.

Totally going to order one for my husband and daughter when they choose thier designs.
Only thing was how long it took to arrive. But I am giving a pass with COVID and everything is slower. It took 28 days but honestly some of the reviews said to expect 48 or longer so I have to assume they are catching up and just need everyone to take a breath and know it is coming.
